Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology questions, issues, and service requests; Troubleshoot everyday problems involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, email, printers, network connectivity, and peripheral equipment; Partner with the Managed Service Provider and senior IT team to resolve PC, network, mobile, application, and broader systems issues; Record every request and incident in the helpdesk ticketing system and monitor tickets through resolution; Identify urgent issues and respond appropriately to high-priority tickets; Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a reliable internal knowledge base; Set up, image, provision, and configure PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers; Support the mobile device management environment, including application deployment, security settings, and device policies; Tag, track, and maintain accurate records for local IT hardware and software assets; Manage IT consumables and supplies, monitor stock levels, reorder items, and keep storage areas organized; Assist with purchasing and disposal of computers, devices, printers, and related equipment; Support onboarding and offboarding by deploying and collecting user equipment and accounts; Help teammates with network maintenance, IT projects, and technology rollouts; Contribute to improving simple procedures and forms that streamline IT operations
