Perform chemical reactions to assemble antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates using various conjugation handles, linkers, and antibody formats; Utilize multiple strategies for stochastic and site-specific conjugation; Optimize reactions and purification methods to improve yields and efficiency ranging from mg to gram scale; Independently troubleshoot conjugation reactions for improved yields and processes; Analyze conjugates using all relevant techniques; Drive automation for high-throughput conjugation at various scales; Work closely with biology teams to plan studies and generate materials on time for multiple projects; Proper electronic notebook record keeping with high attention to detail; Communication of experimental plans and data to multiple cross-functional scientific teams; Work closely with biologists, chemists, and pharmacologists to contribute to the strategic direction of research programs across multiple therapeutic modalities
