Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ; Coordinate workshop staffing and logistics for 20+ major events per year; Develop comprehensive lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments; Create and maintain technical playbooks for product families; Own technical LMS content and deliver Capstone certification grading; Validate new product introductions and coordinate content updates; Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution and report ROI to leadership.
