Responsibilities
Develop long-term vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations for Professional Services enablement; Establish KPIs and analytics to track enablement impact; Communicate enablement strategies and readiness metrics to senior leadership; Collaborate with globally distributed teams across Product, GTM, Partners, and Professional Services; Build training programs focused on soft skill enablement; Translate complex product capabilities into learning paths and resources; Create aesthetically superb courseware and scalable enablement assets; Orchestrate collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to curate high-impact technical content; Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources; Cultivate peer-to-peer learning programs; Identify skill gaps and build innovative enablement programs; Advocate for change management and best practices.
