Responsibilities
Review existing employee and HR data sources to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and structural gaps; Define and implement a standardized employee master-data structure; Aggregate, clean, reconcile, and verify historical leave records from multiple sources; Design and implement a future-state leave management workflow covering requests, approvals, and balance tracking; Automate HR workflows using Google Workspace tools or recommend stronger alternatives; Establish ownership models, validation controls, and audit trails for sensitive HR data; Document data structures, workflows, and maintenance procedures for replication across branches.
