Lead full federal capture lifecycle for strategic pursuits; Collaborate with executive leadership to align capture activities with growth objectives; Develop and execute capture plans, competitive assessments, and win strategies; Identify and negotiate teaming arrangements with subcontractors and partners; Coordinate pursuit activities across solution architects, operations, recruiting, contracts, pricing, and proposal teams; Support proposal development including win themes, solution refinement, and oral presentations; Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to support bid/no-bid decisions; Analyze acquisition strategies and federal procurement trends to identify growth opportunities
