Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle activities; Provide People & Culture advice, guidance and support to leaders and employees; Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability initiatives; Coordinate learning and development, employee wellbeing and employee engagement activities; Develop, review and maintain People & Culture policies, procedures and workforce resources; Prepare workforce reporting, compliance documentation and governance reporting; Maintain employee records, People & Culture systems and workforce documentation; Support performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations as required; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness; Collaborate across the organisation to promote positive workplace culture and support strategic workforce priorities.
