Responsibilities
Apply and iterate the company's job architecture and leveling framework to ensure global consistency; conduct job evaluations and market pricing using Aon Radford and other providers; partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to align roles with organizational strategy; support pricing for new roles, promotions, and reorganizations; partner with Finance and Sales Operations to design and govern commission and incentive compensation plans; assist with plan modeling, cost analysis, and scenario testing; review commission structures for consistency with job levels and pay mix; support execution of annual compensation processes including merit increases and incentive programs; analyze outcomes for equity, compression, and competitiveness; audit compensation data in Workday HCM to ensure accuracy; develop compensation reporting and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership.
