Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global portfolio of complex, high-value and cross-border claims. Develop commercial strategies, contractual positions, negotiation approaches, and recovery plans. Manage senior-level relationships with customers, EPC partners, and suppliers. Lead and develop a global team of Commercial Contract Managers. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. Translate technical/root-cause findings into strong commercial and contractual positions. Drive EBITDA improvement through claims recovery, cost reduction, and efficient resolution. Establish strong reporting, governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
