Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing strategies and brand plans aligned to commercial objectives; Optimise marketing and sales budgets through insightful analysis; Lead integrated campaigns across advertising, PR and trade marketing via agency partners; Monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI and refine activity; Partner with Account Managers to build and execute effective trade marketing plans; Report regularly to clients on brand performance, KPIs and growth opportunities; Manage budgets with a strong focus on financial control, forecasting and cost efficiency; Lead client review meetings, driving action-focused outcomes and continuous improvement; Create compelling presentations and storytelling materials for clients, customers and internal teams; Develop clear and effective briefs for agencies and evaluate proposals to ensure quality and value; Collaborate with Logistics and clients to optimise stock levels and supply continuity; Analyse market trends, product performance and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and inform NPD; Provide performance feedback on agency partners to maintain high standards of delivery; Lead and develop direct reports, supporting career progression and capability building
