Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Xray searches, Boolean searches, referrals, and other relevant channels; Translate job requirements into targeted searches, identifying relevant skills, experience, and transferable backgrounds; Review resumes, professional profiles, and portfolios to assess alignment with each opportunity; Create personalized outreach that generates interest and clearly communicates the role; Conduct initial candidate conversations to confirm qualifications, interest, availability, compensation expectations, and location requirements; Present qualified candidates with concise summaries of relevant experience and any areas needing clarification; Manage incoming job requests, organize requirements, and track priorities and submission deadlines; Create and post accurate, consistently formatted job descriptions in Greenhouse and other recruiting channels; Maintain current candidate records, outreach activity, follow up, and pipeline updates in Greenhouse; Coordinate screening appointments and support timely candidate communication; Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing recruiting documents, tracking submissions, and scheduling; Manage multiple searches with quick turnaround expectations while maintaining candidate quality and accuracy; Communicate progress, flag obstacles early, and adjust sourcing strategies as requirements evolve.
