Analyze and document the existing People technology landscape; Lead system-level analysis and capability mapping across the enterprise HR technology ecosystem; Partner with People & Places leadership to develop and refine a multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap; Define capability-based frameworks to guide buy, build, or extend decisions; Identify system fragmentation, redundancies, governance gaps, and opportunities for consolidation; Develop executive-ready deliverables including technology ecosystem maps and strategic roadmaps; Translate People strategy and leadership priorities into clear technology implications and strategic trade-offs; Serve as a strategic partner to Solution Design and Product teams; Support enterprise HR transformation initiatives by connecting business priorities with scalable technology strategies
