Manage relationship leads for IT Infrastructure operational availability and restoration; Develop and own Infrastructure & Operations Market IT AOP; Drive/Support Procurement, Delivery, and Installation for IT equipment in Field locations; Conduct IT Infra risk assessment and run service improvement plans; Manage IT asset management in field locations; Set the agenda for the Field services team and manage performance; Handle Conflict Management & Escalation Management; Drive resolution across multiple teams during Severity 1/2/3 incidents; Support global, sector, market IT infra/business projects delivery and migration; Manage service desk across markets operations; Own the last mile management (site, end-user); Drive incident resolution with service providers; Manage and coordinate environment operations from an end-to-end perspective; Own IT Infra specific IT Incident recovery and coordination of Root Cause Analysis; Drive and follow-up the PICT agenda for Pakistan Business Units; Manage service desk across markets operations of Pakistan Business Units
