Responsibilities
Own multi-generation architecture strategy and chip/block-level spec definition; Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analog design engineers; Set technical standards and design methodology for circuit architecture, verification, and layout; Make final calls on highest-risk circuit architecture and verification trade-offs; Directly conduct or supervise transistor-level analog IC design for critical blocks; Chair design reviews and drive resolution of complex action items; Partner with digital design leadership on interface specs and verification strategy; Own analog test and validation strategy from prototype to production; Represent analog engineering in cross-functional roadmap and executive discussions; Support product definition and customer commitments; Drive continuous improvement in design flow and reuse strategy.
