## About the role Build the Team: Own the entire recruitment pipeline, source, screen, interview, and close top talent to ensure we bring the right people on board as we scale. Run the Engine: Take charge of daily operations, managing attendance, leave structures, remote work logs, and coordinating monthly payroll smoothly with Finance. Shape the Culture: Be the go to person. You will run a flawless onboarding experience, implement foundational HR policies, support performance reviews, and handle daily employee queries. ## Requirements - 1-2 years in the trenches: You don't just know theory. You know how to spot and close great candidates, and can independently run core operations like payroll prep and onboarding. - You build systems out of chaos: You are detail obsessed. When juggling multiple open roles and daily admin tasks, you don't drop the ball, you build a workflow. - You connect at all levels: Your communication is clear and empathetic, making you just as approachable to a Day 1 intern as you are to core leadership. - You are an absolute vault: You handle sensitive company and employee data with total integrity and unshakeable professionalism. - The Baseline: A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Management. ## What we offer - Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai (On-Site) - Experience: 1 - 2 Years - Compensation: ₹3.6 - ₹4.8 LPA - Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) ## About the company SuperClan is a premium creator brand building studio.
