## The Scope

- Quota: Responsible for top-tier revenue targets and driving significant, needle-moving growth for WRTH.
## Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Acquisition: Identify, penetrate, and close deals with high-value target accounts.
- Complex Navigation: Lead multi-threaded sales processes, building consensus among C-level executives, technical buyers, and end-users.

## What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of closing experience in complex B2B sales, specifically targeting enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding high-revenue quotas and securing six- or seven-figure deals.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate and build trust with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of account mapping, ROI selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger), and contract negotiations.
## Compensation & Growth Structure
- Initial Period (Next 3 Months): To align our early-stage growth directly with your success, compensation for the first three months is strictly performance and ownership-based, consisting of a lucrative mix of equity, commission, and revenue share (no initial base salary).
- Pathway to Salary: A structured, performance-based pathway to salaried employment will officially begin in the Fall of this year.
- End-of-Year Goal: Each candidate's strategic account acquisition and revenue generation are actively tracked, with the explicit goal of transitioning to a highly competitive salaried compensation model by the end of the year.
