## About the Role DharmikVibes is a DIVVIB Lifestyle Company building India's most trusted spiritual commerce, spiritual tourism, learning, and community ecosystem across temple cities. Our Spiritual Tourism vertical aims to structure and scale pilgrimage travel, temple circuits, spiritual retreats, and senior-friendly travel experiences across Bharat. ## Role Objective To build and scale DharmikVibes' Spiritual Tourism Ecosystem by: - Partnering with OTAs & travel operators - Building temple-city travel circuits - Structuring pilgrimage packages - Developing airline & IATA partnerships - Creating senior-friendly & curated spiritual travel experiences This role owns travel partnerships, packaging strategy, compliance (where applicable), and revenue generation. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1. OTA & Travel Platform Partnerships - Develop alliances with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) - Structure white-label pilgrimage packages - Build co-branded temple travel campaigns - Integrate travel booking flows with DharmikVibes platform ### 2. IATA, Airline & Travel Network Partnerships - Lead IATA-compliant travel operations - Establish or manage IATA accreditation processes - Coordinate BSP systems, ticketing compliance & airline negotiations - Partner with domestic airlines for pilgrimage routes - Negotiate group booking & festival travel deals - Develop seasonal temple travel packages ### 3. Temple City Circuit Development - Design structured travel circuits (Ayodhya, Kashi, Ujjain, Rameshwaram, etc.) - Build local travel operator partnerships - Partner with hotels, ashrams & senior-friendly stays - Structure bundled offerings (Travel + Learning + Commerce) ### 4. Senior & Community Travel Programs - Design senior-friendly pilgrimage packages - Develop RWA & senior society group travel programs - Collaborate with NGOs for community travel initiatives - Build escorted spiritual tours ### 5. Revenue, Compliance & Operational Ownership - Define tourism revenue targets - Structure commission & margin models - Build recurring festival-based travel revenue - Ensure seamless booking, ticketing & operational coordination - Ensure regulatory, ticketing, and airline compliance standards are met ## KPIs (First 6 Months) - 5-7 OTA partnerships signed - 3-5 structured temple-city travel circuits launched - 4-6 airline or travel network collaborations - 10+ senior group travel programs executed - Defined monthly travel revenue milestone - IATA process structured / airline ticketing capability established (if applicable) ## Ideal Candidate - 4–6 years in Travel / OTA / Tour Operations - Experience in pilgrimage, group travel, or religious circuits preferred - Strong understanding of airline partnerships, ticketing systems & BSP - IATA Certification (Mandatory or Strongly Preferred) - OR Proven experience working in IATA-accredited agency / airline ticketing operations - Experience handling airline negotiations & group fare structuring - Vendor & hospitality network in temple cities - Strong negotiation & operational execution skills - Entrepreneurial mindset to build a vertical from 0 → scale ## Compensation - Fixed + Revenue Incentives [45-55k INR Per Month] - Performance-linked bonus structure - Vertical leadership opportunity ## About the Company DharmikVibes is a DIVVIB Lifestyle Private Limited Company. ## Location Hybrid | Gurugram | At Temple City ## Reporting To Founder
