Onboarding Specialist Customer Success

## About the role We're hiring a remote Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through setup and training. You'll be the first voice new clients hear after signing, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and excited to use Duxre. This role blends organization, communication, and customer care — with plenty of room to grow. ## Responsibilities - Lead new customer onboarding calls (Zoom/Google Meet). - Create simple Loom videos and walkthroughs for training. - Keep onboarding projects organized in HubSpot. - Collect client feedback and share with leadership. - Ensure every new customer hits their first "quick wins" quickly. ## Requirements - Strong communication skills — clear, well-spoken, and confident on video. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Experience in onboarding, training, or customer success (2+ years preferred). - SaaS or software experience is a plus, but not required. ## What we offer - $20–$30/hour depending on experience. - Annual equivalent: $75,000 – $100,000 - Performance bonuses tied to successful onboarding and client satisfaction. - Growth path into Senior Customer Success or Account Management. ## About the company Duxre is a SaaS company building an AI-powered operating system for brokers and dealmakers.
