We are therefore seeking a senior recruiter with a background in the consulting industry. We are looking for you, who knows that you want to work with recruitment and work with some of the best in the industry. ## Responsibilities - Drive your own recruitment processes within various business areas, from start to finish - Collaborate and engage in insight-driven dialogues with customers - Build and maintain candidate networks, primarily via LinkedIn - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales - Employer and workplace responsibility for consultants - Administrative tasks according to processes ## Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in recruitment - Experience in the recruitment and staffing industry - Knowledge in search and sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter - Experience with customer contact in B2B - Post-secondary education, such as in economics, sales, marketing, or behavioral science, the most important thing is that you have an interest in recruitment - Very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both in spoken and written form - Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage ## Nice to Have - A forward-thinking person with an interest in recruitment driven by working with people and relationship-building - A person who is driven to be creative and initiative-taking to find new ways to move forward in your work in a self-directed way - An interest in business, results, and being unafraid to learn new things and apply them in practice in a proactive way - Ambitious and willing to continue developing together with Asta on our growth journey ## Benefits - Start: Autumn 2026, according to agreement - Location: Central Stockholm - Scope: Full-time - Salary: Monthly salary according to agreement - Incentive: Attractive commission model, no cap and other benefits according to agreement - Posting period is during the summer.
