## About the Role We're Tazensumondo Health Solutions, the team behind Sumondo® — an AI-powered wearable platform that monitors HRV to predict mental health issues before they take toll on people's life. We're backed by angel investment and a Government of India grants, and we're now expanding our clinical footprint across India. We're looking for a passionate BD Partner to help us onboard insurance companies, de-addiction centres, psychiatry clinics, and hospital units across India. ## Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to psychiatry clinics/de-addiction centres, psychiatry OPDs, and NCI/AIIMS-affiliated units - Set up demos and pilot agreements with clinical decision-makers - Set up demos and pilot agreements with Insurance/Broker companies - Build long-term relationships with medical directors, insurance companie and clinic administrators ## What We Offer - Commission: 6–8% on every centre signed (deal size Rs.2L+/year) - Equity stake: 0.5–1% vesting over 4 years - Path to full-time BD Lead role as we scale - Work fully remotely, on your own schedule ## Requirements - Experience in insurance, medical device sales, pharma, or health-tech BD - Existing relationships with insurance, clinics, hospitals, or de-addiction centres - Based anywhere in India; pan-India outreach preferred - Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited by equity, not just salary ## About the Company This is a ground-floor opportunity on a product solving a real, underserved clinical need. ## Contact Information DM us or email: [email protected] | Learn more: https://sumondo.co
