## About the Role
In this role, you will work globally with both new and existing customers, contributing to business development in a highly specialized and growing industry. You will be part of an international and agile organization with high influence, short decision-making paths, and strong internal collaboration.
The role involves complex, solution-oriented and high-value sales with long lead times and multiple stakeholders. You will take ownership of your business while working closely with internal experts and cross-functional teams.
Your geographical focus area will be defined based on your experience, network, and expertise.
## Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities on an international level
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers within the nuclear industry
- Drive the full sales process – from lead generation to negotiation and contract management
- Lead and coordinate internal teams in complex proposal processes
- Evaluate business opportunities and contribute to strategic sales development
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
## Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales and/or business development within the nuclear industry
- Experience from the nuclear industry is required
- Experience from international and complex B2B sales
- Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- A structured and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication skills in English
## Nice to Have
- Senior and commercially driven professional with solid experience from the nuclear industry
- Combine technical understanding with commercial drive
- Comfortable leading customer dialogues as well as coordinating internal teams
- Self-driven, persistent, and thrive in an environment where you take ownership of your work and proactively develop new business opportunities
## Location & Travel
The role is flexible in terms of location within Europe. However, regular presence at Studsvik’s site in Sweden (approximately one week per month) is expected.
