Lead activities to support a productive work environment including coaching, development planning, and resolving employee relations issues; Analyze engagement data and partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and culture; Professionally resolve employee relations and manage employee leaves; Implement and support HR programs such as performance management, compensation, employee development, succession, and recruitment; Review and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for performance and retention; Prepare and present HR topics at staff meetings and All Hands events.
