Create stakeholder maps and coverage plans for global accounts; Synthesize business and industry insights to forecast and develop account management recommendations; Act as a Technology Mentor to senior leaders (CXOs, TDMs, BDMs) to drive business transformations; Lead the technical portion of account planning and delivery for strategic accounts; Orchestrate extended account teams and partners to generate new opportunities and manage consumption pipelines; Formulate long-term technological and business roadmaps for customers; Serve as a Trusted Advisor by coordinating with internal experts and acting as the voice of the customer to internal product and engineering teams.
