Partner with RoB owners to identify key business insights and drive focus to the right business topics; Monitor progress to goals and drive accountability through local action governance; Manage Area planning timeline, resources, and communications to maintain leadership informed; Execute effective resource management by managing headcount deployment and Employee Data Management; Cascade FY Blueprint and support Regional or Area leadership headcount decisions in partnership with Finance, Segments and HR; Partner with the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) team to identify services expansion that scale productivity and enable efficiencies; Land non-financial metrics distribution that maximizes business performance; Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growth; Build skills and capabilities and identify areas where additional training, resources, or support are needed; Identify risks proactively inherent to the role and escalate concerns in time
