Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, the Global Benefits team partners closely with centers of excellence and business partners across and beyond Human Resources. Build trusted relationships with internal teams, centers of excellence, and business partners to integrate subject-matter expertise into Benefits plans, materials, and program delivery. Consult with stakeholders to anticipate, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, governmental, and policy implications of Benefits changes in Israel.
## Requirements
- 6+ years work experience in HR Benefits, or related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 3+ years work experience in HR Benefits, or related roles OR equivalent experience in Benefits.
- Fluent in Hebrew OR related program.
- 1-2 years project management experience.
- Clear communicator who can distill complex analyes into concise, compelling narratives.
- Systems thinking mindset with strong attention to detail.
