Technical Program Manager - AI sales user experience

Helps deliver sales enablement and field support, participates in business deals, creates strategic partnerships, and participates in pre-sales meetings with customers. Identifies highly complex opportunities and gaps within products or functional areas, leveraging artificial intelligence to generate insights and facilitate decision making, and leads engagements to gather feedback and drive improvements. Works with cross-functional teams to design architecture and integrated customer solutions for complex technical needs, ensuring the integrity and relevance of AI-generated insights. Defines program goals and prioritizes deliverables based on organizational needs, manages risks using data-driven approaches, and provides recommendations for continuous improvement. Creates relationships and collaborative models to drive orchestration and alignment across business units, aggregating status updates and influencing leadership on key objectives. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 2+ year(s) of experience with user interfaces
