Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and leadership in designing networking solutions aligned to customer business needs. Act as a trusted technical advisor in deal pursuits. Design end-to-end network architectures. Deliver technical presentations, demos, and customer workshops. Partner with Account Managers to translate customer problem statements into impactful solutions. Influence long-term customer network transformation. Support RFP/RFI responses, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and proof-of-concept engagements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Mentor junior team members.
