Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of new and existing major gifts donors; Develop and execute personalized cultivation strategies for principal-level donors; Collaborate with divisional leadership to implement comprehensive fundraising goals; Conduct regular donor visits (in-person and virtually) to strengthen relationships; Prepare and present proposals to secure major gift commitments; Create, lead, and execute major development events; Manage a portfolio requiring a minimum of 100 annual meetings; Serve as primary development liaison to 2-3 departments; Represent the university at events to promote fundraising efforts
