## About the role A well-established professional services firm with international presence in London and Larnaca is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join its growing team. The company provides a wide range of corporate, legal, and administrative services to international clients and offers a structured and professional working environment. The Corporate Administrator will support the day-to-day management and compliance of corporate entities, ensuring that all administrative and regulatory requirements are met efficiently. This role is ideal for a candidate with some prior experience in corporate services or a law firm, who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic international environment. ## Responsibilities - Provide administrative and clerical support to the corporate department - Liaise with banks, government authorities, and regulatory bodies - Assist with corporate filings and submissions to the Registrar of Companies - Maintain and update corporate records, files, and internal databases - Support bank reviews and ensure corporate documentation is up to date - Handle intercompany invoicing and maintain proper records - Carry out external errands with relevant authorities when required - Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping (electronic and physical) - Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management ## Requirements - Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (Degree in Law is an advantage) - 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate services provider or law firm - Basic understanding of Cyprus Companies Law and corporate procedures is a plus - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn ## What we offer - Salary: €18,000 per annum - Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:15 (45-minute break); Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute break) - Complimentary lunch twice per week (Tuesdays & Fridays) - Team-building activities - Learning and development opportunities - Birthday Leave - Annual Leave Scheme: 22 days (0–3 years), 24 days (3–7 years), 28 days (8+ years) ## About the company Join a professional and internationally connected firm where you can build strong foundations in corporate administration and grow your career in a structured and supportive environment.
