As we evolve our Continuous Improvement (CI) capability into a strategic Experience and Process Design (EPD) function, we are looking for a leader who brings a human-centered design mindset to complex, cross-functional process reimagination. This role sits at the intersection of process excellence, AI-enabled automation, and organizational experience design and will play a defining role in how Albemarle shapes its future operating model across critical enterprise processes like Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and beyond.
