Lead a team of collection specialists and ensure adherence to collection guidelines. Oversee a team of cash application specialists responsible for posting and coding incoming payments. Prepare weekly collection and cash collection reports. Drive down past-due balances while tracking performance against KPIs. Manage severely delinquent accounts on credit hold. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve customer issues. Review systems and processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency. Support month-end close, internal and external audits, and special projects.
