Identify, reconcile, and record bank payments and credits; Manage accounts receivable portfolio prioritizing by age, risk, and financial impact; Create dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio and analyze payment trends; Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (PMC), overdue balances, and uncollectible risk; Design and strengthen policies, controls, and communication flows for collections; Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, B2B, and Customer Experience to resolve payment issues; Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
