IT Systems Analyst - Network Engineer
Required skills
Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline; 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support; exposure to nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies; solid understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows; knowledge of interconnected solutions and aligned IT systems; analytical thinking; sound problem-solving ability; strong attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate within a team and work independently; willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare setting; ability to carry 10 to 15 pounds of equipment and lift it into a rack.
Preferred skills

Responsibilities
Support healthcare clinical workflows and IT operations across nursing, provider, and ancillary departments; maintain and expand knowledge of related IT systems as well as the business and technical domains they support; analyze issues, resolve problems, and pay close attention to accuracy and detail; communicate with department resources and collaborate effectively with stakeholders; contribute as part of a team and, at the advanced level, work independently; document work thoroughly and clearly; lead small to medium-sized initiatives focused on improving clinical systems; configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers; use troubleshooting tools to diagnose network issues; handle cabling and hardware tasks.
