Responsibilities
Provision, configure, and deploy iPhones, MacBooks, and other Apple devices using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager; deploy and manage Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR agents across Apple and Windows endpoints; triage Cortex XDR alerts and escalate endpoint incidents; support secure communications program through device hardening, MDM compliance enforcement, patching, and encrypted communications tools; provide first-line IT support with a strong focus on macOS and iOS endpoints; handle account, mailbox, MFA, and access requests in Google Workspace and related platforms; set up new hire MacBooks including baseline configuration, MDM enrollment, XDR installation, and onboarding handoff; communicate internal IT updates such as maintenance notices, status updates, and how-to guidance; maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and mobile devices; open, document, and track support tickets through resolution; help maintain IT security compliance across the company; support CMMC-compliant systems and processes including security incident documentation and reporting; assist with internal network and VPN support including Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, connectivity checks, and GlobalProtect troubleshooting; build knowledge of PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, VLANs, and firewall rule logic over time
