Requirements:
We require a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. We need at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in finance, transformation, or technology-focused environments. We look for a transformative, forward-thinking mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo. We expect strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail. We require substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps. We need experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation. We value the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies. We expect proven capability to manage several projects at once and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Preferred: experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms. Preferred: familiarity with finance processes such as FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecasting.
Responsibilities:
We execute global finance automation and process improvement initiatives. We partner with finance, accounting, IT, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes. We drive the adoption of Power Platform tools within our Nutrition finance organization. We use SQL and data querying skills to support validation, reporting, and automation work. We lead training, user adoption, and ongoing support for enterprise system integration and business transformation efforts. We support data infrastructure initiatives, including work with modern platforms such as Databricks, to enable scalable data processing. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within our finance organization.
