Salary: $171,360 - 171,360 per year
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of substantial experience in ServiceNow development and administration, particularly in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, and Flow Designer. Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification. Desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management. Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A proactive attitude towards learning and constant improvement, demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and management of ServiceNow, specifically targeting IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and integrations. Work closely with stakeholders to gain insights into requirements and design workflows that fulfill business needs. Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and sophisticated solutions. Collaborate with platform owners and architects to ensure optimal performance of the platform and drive ongoing enhancements. Remain updated on new ServiceNow modules and features, applying this knowledge to facilitate company growth and innovation.
