Develop and execute sourcing strategies for expansion hiring, Conduct direct candidate searches across senior and executive-level roles, Build talent maps and identify relevant companies and candidate pools in target locations, Proactively engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, and other sourcing channels, Provide market insights on talent availability, candidate expectations, competitors, and local hiring challenges, Partner with Lead Talent Partners to refine search criteria and build strong candidate pipelines, Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data in the ATS
