Provide day-to-day IT operational support for business-critical applications and infrastructure; Deliver L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and manage tickets through established service management processes; Administer and maintain enterprise applications; Participate in IT project implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements; Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, and reliability; Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities; Participate in patch management and vulnerability remediation initiatives; Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency; Track and support change management activities and operational metrics; Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
