Provide advanced advising to students pursuing education abroad opportunities; Establish advising standards and ensure consistent student support; Oversee application, acceptance, pre-departure, and post-program processes; Identify barriers to participation and develop strategies to increase access; Support students with academic, financial, logistical, and personal considerations; Develop workshops and campus programming related to scholarships; Track participation and outcomes using data; Serve as liaison with academic colleges regarding academic planning; Coordinate course placeholders and work with Registrar's Office for credit processes; Collaborate with faculty for course approvals and credit transfer; Resolve academic issues affecting students; Support integration of education abroad into degree plans; Assist with health, safety, risk management, and emergency response; Monitor student participation and pre-departure documentation; Coordinate with Dean of Students regarding student concerns; Ensure adherence to university policies and international requirements; Support faculty-led program creation; Evaluate program outcomes and provider performance; Maintain relationships with partner institutions; Assist with strategic planning and annual assessment; Supervise coordinators and student employees.
