Execute pre-clinical QC analytical workflows for mRNA and encapsulated mRNA materials; Perform established analytical assays including capillary electrophoresis, LC-MS, HPLC/UPLC, and RT-PCR; Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and automated testing equipment; Prepare samples, reagents, and assay materials; Perform data analysis and documentation in accordance with internal procedures; Support assay troubleshooting, root cause evaluation, and workflow improvements; Track sample testing progress using digital systems; Author, revise, and maintain documentation including Research Operating Procedures and data reports; Support investigations, deviations, and technical assessments; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on assay throughput and operational efficiency; Maintain safe laboratory practices and comply with safety procedures; Support general laboratory operations including inventory management and supply coordination.
