Responsibilities
Consult with complex clients to analyze and determine implementation requirements for the technology product suite; Work with relationship managers and clients to understand needs and implement solutions including custom production or system development requests; Assist in the onboarding of new clients with the implementation and production teams; Visit clients to understand business objectives and document calls for management reports; Coordinate and participate in training presentations with clients or prospects; Keep abreast of new bank products to meet client needs; Serve as the voice of the client for Product groups developing digital delivery channels
