Responsibilities
Own the technical and operational lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform including roadmap execution, optimization, upgrades, and retirement decisions; Design, configure, and engineer ServiceNow solutions ensuring they are well-architected and aligned with enterprise standards; Lead complex technical implementations including workflow design, scripting, integrations, data models, and performance tuning; Act as a senior technical authority providing Tier 3 support, leading complex incident investigations, and performing root cause analysis; Partner with enterprise teams to design and operate secure integrations between ServiceNow and upstream/downstream systems; Establish and maintain platform operational discipline including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and change controls; Define and analyze platform health metrics and present insights to leadership; Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including standards, design patterns, and SOPs; Mentor other ServiceNow engineers and analysts to raise platform maturity
