Develop and execute thermal characterization plans; Perform thermal and electrical characterization of FPGA products; Analyze characterization data to identify performance limitations; Develop and execute System Level Test (SLT) methodologies; Develop and implement DFT strategies for FPGAs; Collaborate with RTL design and verification teams; Define and implement test plans, patterns, and fault models; Develop and maintain ATPG, MBIST, and manufacturing test content flows; Perform pre-silicon test pattern simulation and validation; Analyze test results and debug silicon failures; Work with manufacturing and test teams to optimize test time, cost, and quality; Analyze early customer returns to drive test hole closure; Drive test time reduction through fallout data analysis
