Responsibilities
Review executed contracts to ensure license fulfillment aligns with guidelines; Ensure license fulfillment mirrors fully executed contracts; Work with Orders and Projects teams for timely handover of fulfillment requests; Proactively coordinate with Account Managers and Renewals team for expiring licenses; Research, extract, analyze, review, and validate customer data from various sources; Analyze and report on business critical data attributes; Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Contracts teams; Assist in product retirement/EOL management; Create and maintain Work Instruction documents and training materials
