Responsibilities
Own and administer organizational-level Gong configuration including platform governance and security controls; Define and maintain an ownership/RACI model for Gong administration; Manage Gong user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, access reviews); Deliver end-to-end CRM integration setup and maintenance; Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with internal CRM admins; Provide data insights and reporting to stakeholders; Support new user onboarding with training and access management; Maintain internal support documentation and standard operating procedures; Partner with business stakeholders to implement platform changes for reporting and workflows.
