Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing end-to-end processes across property insurance operational areas; Map current and future-state workflows, identify pain points, redundancies, or gaps, and recommend practical improvements; Support process standardization and optimization efforts in partnership with business leads, subject matter experts, and project teams; Assist in implementing process changes, including developing new procedures, user documentation, and change communications; Develop and maintain detailed process flows, work instructions, and RACI matrices for core operational activities; Track and report on process performance metrics and KPIs, supporting management's oversight of process effectiveness; Perform root-cause analysis on process-related issues and help develop corrective action plans; Support regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness by ensuring documented processes adhere to internal and external standards; Collaborate with IT, operations, and analytics teams to support process automation and systems integration initiatives; Act as a process resource for operational projects, strategic initiatives, and process governance activities as assigned by the COO.
