Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of awards for the Asia region including USG, UN, GAC, World Bank, and DFAT donors; Review and provide feedback on donor reports and award amendments; Lead negotiation of award agreements with donors and partners; Guide country offices on compliance with donor rules and IRC policies; Provide technical advice on donor compliance issues; Support business development by managing and quality assuring proposals; Monitor projects to ensure progress against objectives and donor guidelines; Travel to provide support to country teams.
