Translate MIC strategy and CRN standards into implementable repair practices; serve as escalation point for complex technical questions (ADAS, structural, restricted parts); provide technical guidance on EV and advanced material repairs; evaluate collision site readiness and recommend improvements; support validation of new tools and procedures; provide technical input into FNOL playbooks and shop scripting; serve as technical resource for Legal, Risk, and Safety teams regarding repair documentation and disputes
