Design and execute studies to characterize molecules for RNAi therapeutic delivery in rodent and cell-based models; Develop and conduct assays (qPCR, western blot, ELISA) to support in vivo and in vitro studies; Perform in vitro cell-based assays to characterize drug activity and optimize culture systems; Perform in vivo procedures in rodents including therapeutic administration, functional evaluation, and tissue collection; Analyze, interpret, and present data to internal and external groups; Ensure high quality data entry into electronic lab notebooks and prepare experimental reports; Develop and share SOPs/protocols for novel methods; Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations
