Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle including complex cash application, collections, refunds, write-offs, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate three-way reconciliation between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data. Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks including billing gaps and unapplied cash. Partner cross-functionally to resolve disputes and manage credits. Own AR process documentation and SOPs. Own AR-related inputs into monthly cash flow forecasts. Generate and analyze AR Aging, DSO, and key AR KPIs. Provide regular updates and recommendations to Finance and Revenue leadership.
